MUTUAL FUNDS
(Pearl Total Return Fund and Pearl Aggressive Growth Fund)
To our shareholders and prospective shareholders:
We consider the preservation of your privacy a very high priority.
In order to provide you with individualized service, we collect certain
non-public personal information about you from these sources:

Information, such as your address and social security number, that
we receive from you on purchase applications or other forms;

Information about your transactions with us such as purchases,
sales, and account balances; and

Information we receive through your account inquiries by mail,
telephone, fax, or e-mail.
We do not disclose any of the information described above about
our shareholders or former shareholders to anyone, except as permitted
by law. Specifically, so that we can continue to meet your investing
needs and to carry out transactions that you request, we may disclose
your nonpublic personal information to these third parties:

Pearl Management Company - our Investment Manager,
Transfer Agent, and Administrative Services provider. Pearl
Management Company provides the staff and offices for Pearl Mutual
Funds. Most of the Officers of Pearl Management Company and Pearl
Mutual Funds are the same persons.

First National Bank of Muscatine, the Custodian of
Pearl Mutual Funds’ assets.

Other providers (if any) of financial,
administrative, data processing, printing, or mailing services for
Pearl Mutual Funds.
All of these companies are contractually bound to use this information
only for the services for which we hired them, and are not
permitted to use or share this information for any other purpose.
Except as described above, and except as otherwise
required or permitted by law, we do not share information about
you with unaffiliated third parties. For example, we do not rent
or sell our shareholder list for mailing or telemarketing use.
In order to protect you further, we also maintain strict internal
security measures. We restrict access to your personal and account
information to those Officers and employees who need to know that
information to service your account. We also maintain physical,
electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards
to guard your nonpublic personal information.
