Shareholder Account
Statements and Confirmations.
Each Pearl Fund
sends Shareholder Account Statements to each shareholder:

Monthly.
Each monthly statement includes end-of-month balance.

Also,
promptly after each transaction
by the shareholder (purchase, dividend reinvestment, redemption, or
exchange) in shares of that Pearl Fund. This statement confirms the
transaction.
Each Shareholder
Account Statement includes each transaction in the shareholder’s account
during the year to date -- trade date, kind of transaction, dollar amount,
share price, number of shares in this transaction, and total shares owned
after this transaction. It also states the current market value (net
asset value) per share and total market value of the account as of the
statement date.

Any Shareholder May
Send a Message to the Funds’ Board of Trustees on any subject. Send
your message to Pearl Mutual Funds, addressed to the Board of Trustees.
We will promptly send it to all of the Trustees.

confidentially and anonymously, any concerns regarding accounting or
